Built inside a working agency.
Proposal Wolf was built inside a working independent insurance agency in Jacksonville, NC because we were tired of sending carrier PDFs nobody read. Our own producers send real proposals with it every week.
What it is
Proposal Wolf takes the carrier quote you already have, a PDF or the pasted text, and turns it into a branded one-page proposal: a private link your client reads on a phone, and a letter PDF that matches it. You review every field before anything sends. The client sees your agency's name and nothing of ours. The longer version is on how it works, and two live samples are on the examples page.
What it is not
Proposal Wolf is proposal software for independent insurance agencies. It is not an insurance company, does not sell insurance, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurance carrier.
It is also not an agency management system. It runs next to HawkSoft, NowCerts, EZLynx and Applied, and your AMS stays the system of record.
Who makes it
Proposal Wolf is a Shoot the Moon product. The people who build it send proposals with it every week, which is where most of the opinions on this site come from. Write to hello@proposalwolf.com and a person answers; there is no ticket portal and no phone tree.
