For independent insurance agencies

Insurance proposals, out in 30 seconds, under your brand.

Stop emailing carrier PDFs. Drop in one carrier quote or several, or paste the text. Proposal Wolf turns it into a branded letter PDF and a private link your client can read, question, and accept from their phone. You review every number before it goes anywhere, and you see every view.

  • Your brand, not the carrier's.
  • No vendor name on the page, the PDF, or the address bar.
  • No client logins, ever.
  • Know the moment they open it.

The one-pager is the client view. The letter PDF is the file. The carrier quote can sit behind it or be attached. A 14-page package does not become one magic page.

How it works

Three steps from quote to sent link.

  1. Drop the quote in.

Upload the carrier PDF or paste the quote text. The fields pre-fill for your review; anything the document does not say stays blank for you. Drop in quotes from several carriers and they become options your client chooses between.

  2. Make it yours and send.

Your logo, colors, and agency block are already on it. One click emails the link under your agency name, with replies going straight to your inbox. Or send it from your own email, already written.

  3. Watch it move.

You know when it is viewed, every question lands with you, and acceptance is recorded with a typed name, along with the option they picked.

The longer version, with the review screen and what the client sees, is on how it works.

The proposal itself

What your client actually opens.

Your brand on top

Logo, colors, agency block, license line.

The quote made readable

Carrier, premium, quote number, effective date, coverages in plain English.

One next step

Accept with a typed name, or ask a question in place.

A clean Letter PDF

Matches the page, ready to print or attach.

Your client never creates an account. The link is the key.

Around the proposal

Compare carriers, send it your way, bill what they chose.

Compare carriers

Drop in up to six carrier PDFs at once. Quotes for the same coverage line up as options, and your client picks one as they accept.

Send from your own email

One click opens your email app with the note and the link already written, so it lands from the address your clients know.

Your agency fee, on its own line

Set a default fee once and change it per proposal. It always shows apart from premium, never folded in.

A bill when they say yes

Download a bill in your brand for the option they chose. No pay button; your AMS stays the ledger.

See a comparison the way a client opens it in the sample proposals.

The address bar

The one surface a logo upload cannot fix.

No product name in the address, none on the page, none on the PDF, and none in the email. Your client reads the proposal end to end and sees one name on it: yours.

Lines

Built for the way you sell

Personal lines.

Auto and home, renters, umbrella and more. Send a same-day proposal that beats "see attached."

Commercial.

GL, property, and auto on one page a business owner will actually read.

Straight answers

The questions agencies ask first.

Is the AI accurate?
It fills the form; you approve it. Unknown fields stay blank, and nothing reaches a client you did not review.
What about E&O?
Every proposal carries a disclaimer: it is a summary of carrier quotes, not a policy or a binder, and coverage is not bound until your agency confirms it in writing. Acceptance is recorded as intent to proceed, never as a binding signature.
How fast, really?
The tagline is the claim: a quote you already have becomes a sendable proposal in about 30 seconds, plus however long you spend reviewing it.
We already send quotes by email.
An attachment is a dead end. This is a link that tracks views, takes questions, records acceptance, and carries the quote's valid-through date up top.
Does my client need an account or app?
No. They open a link.
What can I upload?
Carrier quote PDFs up to 4 MB each, up to six per proposal, or paste the quote text. You can add a note for the reader, such as which lines to include. You review every field before anything sends; anything the document does not say stays blank.
Can I compare carriers in one proposal?
Yes. Upload the quotes together and the same coverage from different carriers becomes a set of options under one heading. Your client picks one when they accept, and you see which.
Can I charge an agency fee?
Yes. Set a default fee in brand settings, then change it or turn it off on any proposal. It always shows on its own line, apart from premium, on the client page and the PDF, and a bill lists it separately when you include it.
Can I bill the client from it?
You can download a bill in your brand for the lines and the option the client chose. It is a document, not a ledger: nothing is stored, there is no pay button, and your management system still tracks what is owed.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes; your agency admin adds accounts.
What happens when a proposal expires?
Every proposal shows its valid-through date. Past it, resend with fresh numbers; acceptance records intent to proceed, and coverage is not bound until your agency confirms it in writing.
Does my client see Proposal Wolf anywhere?
No. The client page, the Letter PDF, and the emails carry your agency's brand only. There is no vendor line on the proposal and nothing to upgrade to remove one.
Is my data shared with carriers or anyone else?
No. Proposal Wolf does not share your quotes or client records with carriers or other agencies.
How do I get started?
Start a free trial at /signup. Agencies start at $29 a month for up to 3 users, and every plan carries your brand alone on the client page and the PDF.
Does this replace our AMS?
Works next to HawkSoft, NowCerts, EZLynx, and Applied. We do not replace your AMS.

Proof

Built where the work happens.

Proposal Wolf was built inside a working independent insurance agency in Jacksonville, NC because we were tired of sending carrier PDFs nobody read. Our own producers send real proposals with it every week.
