Guides
Set it up once. Then send.
Six procedures, in the order an agency does them. Written first and recorded second, so every one of them reads on a phone with the sound off.
Put your agency on every proposal.
Fill the agency block, pick two colors, upload the logo. Every client page, letter PDF and email reads from these values.
Send your first proposal.
From an empty Proposals list to a sent link: build the proposal, review every number, then email it or copy the link yourself.
Read a carrier quote into the form.
Paste the quote text or upload the carrier PDF. What the reader fills in, what it leaves blank, and what happens to the file afterwards.
Send from your own domain.
Proposals can go out from an address at your own domain. Add the domain, publish three DNS records, and let it verify.
What your client opens.
The link, the page, the letter PDF, the question box and the acceptance record, described from the client's side so you can answer for it on the phone.
Add your team, and set who can change what.
Add producers and service staff, and choose which of them can change the agency's brand, team and billing.
Not in here
Write to hello@proposalwolf.com and say what you were trying to do. A question that reaches us twice becomes one of these pages. The support page has the rest of the ways to reach a person, and the demo runs the whole flow with fictitious data if you would rather try it than read it.
