Support

How to reach us.

Email is the channel we answer. The chat on every page can explain the product and hand you to a person; it does not read your account.

Write to us

hello@proposalwolf.com for anything about Proposal Wolf: a proposal that did not send, a carrier PDF that read wrong, a question before you sign up. Put the agency name in the subject and, for a proposal problem, the proposal title; leave the client's details out of the email, since the record is already in the app.

Billing questions, including a plan with more than fifteen users, go to hello@proposalwolf.com. Plan changes and cancellation are self-serve from settings inside the app.

From inside the app

Signed-in staff see a "Report a bug" link on every page. It sends what you typed plus the page you were on, your screen size, your browser, and the proposal id if you were on one. It never sends client names, addresses, premiums, or documents.

Questions agencies ask first

Is the AI accurate?
It fills the form; you approve it. Unknown fields stay blank, and nothing reaches a client you did not review.
What about E&O?
Every proposal carries a disclaimer: it is a summary of carrier quotes, not a policy or a binder, and coverage is not bound until your agency confirms it in writing. Acceptance is recorded as intent to proceed, never as a binding signature.
How fast, really?
The tagline is the claim: a quote you already have becomes a sendable proposal in about 30 seconds, plus however long you spend reviewing it.
We already send quotes by email.
An attachment is a dead end. This is a link that tracks views, takes questions, records acceptance, and carries the quote's valid-through date up top.
Does my client need an account or app?
No. They open a link.
What can I upload?
Carrier quote PDFs up to 8 MB, or paste the quote text. You review every field before anything sends; anything the document does not say stays blank.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes; your agency admin adds accounts.
What happens when a proposal expires?
Every proposal shows its valid-through date. Past it, resend with fresh numbers; acceptance records intent to proceed, and coverage is not bound until your agency confirms it in writing.
Does my client see Proposal Wolf anywhere?
No. The client page, the Letter PDF, and the emails carry your agency's brand only. There is no vendor line on the proposal and nothing to upgrade to remove one.
Is my data shared with carriers or anyone else?
No. Proposal Wolf does not share your quotes or client records with carriers or other agencies.
How do I get started?
Start a free trial at /signup. Agencies start at $49 a month. Anyone already on the waitlist keeps 50% off for life; it is applied at signup.
Does this replace our AMS?
Works next to HawkSoft, NowCerts, EZLynx, and Applied. We do not replace your AMS.

Plans and billing

Is there a per-proposal fee?
No. Both plans include unlimited proposals. You pay for seats rather than volume, so a month with two hundred proposals costs the same as a month with twelve.
Does the client need a login?
No. Your client opens a private link with no account to create and no app to install. It reads on a phone, and questions and acceptance happen on that same page.
What happens to my proposals if I cancel?
You can read and print them. The account turns read-only instead of going dark: past proposals stay where they are, and links you already sent keep opening for the clients who have them. You cannot create or send new ones.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from settings. Moving from Pack down to Agency is blocked while more than 5 users are still on the account; remove the extra seats first, then swap.
Does this replace my AMS?
No. Proposal Wolf works next to HawkSoft, NowCerts, EZLynx, and Applied. Your AMS stays the system of record; this writes the proposal your client actually reads.
Does my client see your name anywhere?
No. The client page, the letter PDF, and the email carry your agency's logo, colors, and name alone. There is no vendor line and no link back to us.

Data and security

What we store, where it lives, who can see it, and when it goes away is on the security page. To have an agency's data removed, write to the address above from the agency admin's email.
