Terms of use

Working draft. Counsel has not signed off. Last updated 30 August 2026.

These terms govern use of Proposal Wolf, a software product published by Wolf Moon. By signing in or using a client proposal link you agree to them.

The product

Proposal Wolf is proposal software for independent insurance agencies. It helps an agency turn a carrier quote into a branded page and PDF, send a private link, and record views, questions, and a typed-name acceptance. It is not an insurance company, does not sell insurance, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any insurance carrier.

Accounts

Agency accounts are created by an agency admin or a Wolf Moon owner. There is no self-serve signup on this site. You are responsible for the people you add, the quotes you import, and the proposals you send.

Your content

Quotes, client details, and brand assets you upload stay yours. You grant Wolf Moon a limited license to host and process them so the product can render, send, and store your proposals. You must have the right to use the data you put in.

AI import

Optional PDF import pre-fills the review form. Unknown fields stay blank. Nothing reaches a client until someone at your agency reviews and sends it. You remain responsible for every number that goes out.

Client links

A client link is the key. Anyone who has it can read that proposal. Acceptance is a record of intent to proceed; it is not a binding signature and does not place coverage.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, probe other agencies' data, or send proposals you do not have permission to send. We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk.

Disclaimer

The software is provided as is. Wolf Moon does not warrant that import, delivery, or tracking will be error-free. Insurance coverage is a matter between the agency, the carrier, and the client.
