What your client opens.

The link, the page, the letter PDF, the question box and the acceptance record, described from the client's side so you can answer for it on the phone.

Screen recording

Not recorded yet. When it is, it will show a proposal link opened on a phone, read end to end, with a question sent back and an acceptance typed in.

The steps below are the whole procedure either way. A recording here never carries a step the text does not.

  1. A link, and nothing to sign into

Your client gets a link. There is no account to make, no app to install and no password to lose. The address is an unguessable token, so the link is the credential and it should go to the client rather than into a public post.

  2. A page that carries your brand alone

The proposal page shows your agency's logo, colors and contact block. Our name is not on it, and the address bar does not carry it either.

  3. The same proposal as a letter PDF

The page offers the one-page letter PDF for anyone who wants to print it or forward it. It renders from the same record, so the two cannot disagree.

  4. Questions come back to you

The client can send a question from the page. It lands with your agency and shows up in the proposal's activity, so a question asked at ten at night is waiting for you rather than lost in a reply chain.

  5. Acceptance is a typed name

Accepting records the name the client typed and the moment they typed it, as intent to proceed. Every proposal is a summary of carrier quotes, not a policy or a binder. Coverage is not bound until the agency confirms it in writing.
